Bronner Bros International Beauty Show

In 2019, we had the privilege to attend the 72nd Bronner Bros International Beauty Show. This show has been a staple in Atlanta since 1947, bring in celebrities and influential people like Martin Luther King and Chris Rock since it started! The largest multicultural beauty show in the U.S., the Bronner Bros Beauty Show seeks to help inspire, educate, and elevate beauty professionals and students, providing panels, workshops, and rich opportunities for networking.

We’ve been attending the Bronner Bros Beauty Show for many years. We showcase our best products at our booth, so attendees can browse our braid, wig, and weaving items. Our staff is on-hand to answer questions and talk about all things hair — we love to meet professional hair stylists and braiders, as well as emerging professionals in the field. Last year, we partnered with Pure O Natural Gel and the Shut Up & Braid team for a few fun events.

The Shut Up & Braid team, presented by Mimi’s Braids, hosted a series of friendly themed competitions. In the Hair Battle, braiders and natural hair stylists showcased their incredible techniques and creativity live, showing off their unique styles. Contestants in the Bird Box Challenge were blindfolded, and the one who created the most braids won. For Best Friends Forever, two braiders worked together to create box braids, each braider using only one hand! The two braiders had to work together to create as many braids as they could. The competitions drew large crowds and lots of laughs as people came together to cheer the stylists on.

We truly enjoy being able to attend the Bronner Bros Beauty Show, and we’re excited to return to Atlanta next week. We’ll be showcasing our most popular styles as well as new hair products we can’t wait to share with you, and we have a few fun events planned.
